If you receive an annual salary, and it is less than $103,993/year, note that you can’t own a home in our city. I repeat: Boston is not where you can own a home. If you share the American value of home ownership, you may want to try elsewhere. If you would rather help your landlody pay their mortgage, you should be making at least $33.81/hour towards your rent – even if you decide to live outside Boston. If you can’t even make that, you have no business living in our state. Move out.
